CORE is currently engaged in a strategic planning process.  The process started in February 2007 and is ongoing.

CORE will be utilizing an outcomes based planning process as the organization addresses five key areas in the coming months:

• Faculty development and training for program directors
• Physician satisfaction surveys
• Defining what students want from an educational institution (for both pre-doctoral and postdoctoral programs)
• Cultivate faculty and staff welfare to improve educational services
• Analyze program type and availability to address market needs and recruitment
